Staff member Ben treated himself to a few days on the mighty Chew Valley lake in search of monster pike recently. In typical Chew style, the lake didn't give up its prizes easily but Ben did manage to break his Chew virginity and break his pb with the monstrous 29lb 4oz pike pictured below. 👀👀 Not a bad start to his Chew Valley campaign! 🏆 The fish was tempted to a large smelt bait ledgered on Drennan International specialist esox hooks and wire trace. 💪 Ben and boat partner Dan also tempted fish to lures whilst boat fishing the famous venue. How lucky we are to have a world famous water on our doorstep! Great shop, fantastic bait always available.

Steve is very helpful and nothing is a problem for him. The shop has plenty of stock and Steve is very knowledgeable about local fishing.
