Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure your delivery gets to you in the stated time scales, delivery partners may have some issues because of the ongoing pandemic causing delays. We will do our best to keep you up to date with regards to this via our website but please bear with us as the situation continues.

Reel Fun Fishing Delivery

At Reel Fun we want to get your items delivered quickly and efficiently with no stresses and offer you good value. Our chosen service, Interparcel partners with the world’s best parcel delivery firms to allow us to offer some of the best prices around.

How long does it take?

Items ordered on any business day (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank Holidays will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days (excluding weekend).

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we despatch the goods you will receive another email with your Tracking number. You can then visit the relevant tracking website and enter your tracking number into “Track Item” box. You will then be able to view the status of your delivery once your order has been collected by our courier. Please be aware that your tracking number may not be live in the courier’s system straight away and it may not be until later on in the evening that you are able to track your parcel. Any orders that have been despatched over the weekend will not be collected by our couriers until Monday.

If you’ve placed an order for multiple items please be aware that any long length or larger items (i.e. rods, bivvies & bedchairs) may be delivered the day after other smaller parcels, but only if ‘Standard Courier’ is selected as your chosen delivery option.

Order Status

A shipment notification will be sent to you via email once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched. This email will include the delivery tracking code, which you can use on the Parcelforce website to enable you to track the progress of your delivery to identify the current location and status of your order. If we can only ship part of the items you have ordered we will process and despatch the remaining items as soon as they become available.

Checking the Status of An Order

Having placed your order you will be receive and email confirmation to advise you of this and as the further emails will be issued to advise current order status as the order progresses. Your order status may also be check at any time on the Reel Fun Fishing website via “My Account” link or “View Order History” which are located at the top right-hand side of the website.

Processing – when an order is received and payment has been successful an email will advise you that the  status is Processing and where an item is out of stock you will receive a further notification via email  update which will list all items that are due to be delivered.

Dispatched -every time we dispatch your order, whether in parts or  completely you will receive e-mail notification about delivery, explaining which items were dispatched. This information will also be visible via the list of dispatched items on your “Account” page on the Reel Fun Fishing website under “Shipments”.

Completed – once all the items you have ordered have been dispatched you will receive and email advising of this and the order status will changed to Completed

Cancelled – For order where payment wasn’t successful or were cancelled by yourself before dispatch the order status will show as Cancelled your order before it was dispatched, we will change order status to Cancelled.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

Delivery date not met – we are reliant upon the services of third party couriers and will try to keep to target delivery windows there may be occasions when couriers are unable to meet these and do not deliver within these. Where this happens, we are not held responsible for the late delivery of any item and will not refund any delivery charge if the items have not been delivered on the anticipated delivery date. Where a parcel does not arrive when you expect it or there is a problem with delivery then please don’t hesitate to give us a call on01275 848652/07828 254175 or email us at info@reelfunfishing.co.uk so we can then liaise the relevant courier to ensure a delivery day is provided.
